Return Policy
We hope you’re happy with your purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, you can easily return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and returned in their original packaging.
2. How to return your item(s)
Step 1 – Register your return
Send an email to retouren@thefinds.nl with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. We'll reply with all the details you need for a smooth return.
Step 2 – Pack your items
Carefully pack your jewelry in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include a note with your name and order number so we know who the return is from.
Step 3 – Ship your return
You’ll receive the return address by email after registering your return. You can choose the shipping provider yourself. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please make sure your return arrives within 18 days of receiving your order. Keep your proof of shipment with tracking information – we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days via the original payment method.
If you paid shipping costs with your original order, we’ll refund those too.
Paid with a gift card or store credit? You’ll receive a new one.

Personalised pieces
Jewelry that has been personalised or custom-made cannot be returned, unless it is faulty or we made an error. -
Damaged or faulty items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thefinds.nl. We’ll be happy to help and find a suitable solution.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or piece, simply place a new order via our webshop. You'll immediately see if your favourite Find is in stock — and have it delivered quickly.
