📦 Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?
We charge €4.99 shipping costs within the Netherlands for orders under €75. Above €75, shipping is free.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. During busier periods this may take a little longer. You will receive a track & trace as soon as your package is on its way.

Can I track my order?
Sure! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

What are the shipping costs per country?

We ship worldwide from our studio in the Netherlands.
Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs per region:

  • Belgium & Germany – €4.99 (free from €250)

  • France & Austria – €12.50 (free from €250)

  • Outside Europe – from €24.95 (free from €250)

All orders are carefully packed, shipped with track & trace and delivered in our signature gift packaging.


💍 Products & Materials

What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of brass with a thick layer of 18k recycled gold (minimum 3 microns). If stones are used, these are always zirconia.

Are your jewelry nickel-free?
Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-free and skin-friendly.

Can I shower or swim with your jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry when showering, swimming and sleeping to preserve its quality and color for as long as possible.


🔁 Returns & Warranty

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving it. Return the jewelry in its original condition and packaging and we will ensure a quick refund. Exceptions such as special promotions or The Summer Archive are excluded — this is always stated in advance.

How does the warranty work at The Finds?
Our regular collection has a 5-year warranty against discoloration and stones coming loose. Products from promotions such as The Summer Archive have no warranty. See our general terms and conditions for all details.


🎁 Packaging & Gifts

Will my order be gift wrapped?
Each order is carefully packed in our luxury packaging. During special promotions, such as The Summer Archive, simpler packaging may be used — this is always clearly stated.

Can I add a personal message?
We don't currently offer a standard option for personal messages, but feel free to contact us — we're happy to help.

🌱 Sustainability & Responsibility

What are you doing in the field of sustainability?
We make conscious choices in every detail: we use recycled gold as much as possible, produce in small quantities and choose timeless designs that last for years. Our packaging is also elegant and minimalistic, with as little waste as possible.

Where is your jewelry made?
We only work with carefully selected factories that share our values. Our main production partners are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and actively commit to fair labor practices and safe working conditions.

Is your jewelry safe to wear?
Yes. All our jewelry complies with the European REACH regulation. This means that it is free from harmful substances and safe for everyday use — even for sensitive skin.
