We want you to be happy with our jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied or want to exchange a product for a different size or item, please send an email to: retouren@thefinds.nl
Please include your name and order number in the subject of the email (this always starts with TF).
In the email you can indicate what you want to return and whether you want a return or exchange. You will automatically receive a confirmation with the return address.
In case of return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, you will receive a new gift card/store credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the cost of your item(s).
Do you want to exchange for a different size or another item? Please state in the email which item you want to receive. Any price differences will be settled. In the event of an exchange, we will pay the one-time shipping costs for the new item.
You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund. Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, and you will receive a notification once the return has been processed.
Returning a return/exchange is at your own expense. The package must be received by us within 18 days of receiving the order.
All items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging. Please remember to include a note with your name and order number. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage.
