If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or would like to exchange a product for a different size or item, please send an email to:

Please include your name and order number in the subject of the email. This always starts with TF.
In the email you can indicate what you are returning and whether you want to return or exchange.
You will automatically receive a confirmation. This also contains the return address.
When returning, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift voucher or shopping credit, you will receive a new gift voucher/shopping credit.
We do not reimburse the cost of shipping, only the cost of your item(s).
If you want to exchange for a different size or another item, please write in the email what you would like to receive. We will settle any price difference.
In the event of an exchange, we will pay the one-off costs for shipping your new item(s).
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and you will be notified as soon as the return has been processed.
Sending a return/exchange is at your own expense.
The package must be returned to us within 18 days from the date of delivery.
All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging. Don't forget to
include a note with your name and order number.
We are not liable for returns lost in the post. Store your tracking information carefully.
